Experience: 8+ years of work experience in Banking contact center in Sales Process & field handling - managing same kind of setup with mix of service & sales.
Location: Mumbai
Role :
- Responsible for creating and maintaining database in CRM.
- Will work within the boundaries of our business model using expertise of the product
- Coordinating with various Central office teams like Product, BI, DSU, Strategy, Service
- Establishing a Virtual Relationship Management Channel from the ground up, with a presence in key places across location
- Recruiting, leading, and managing a team of Sales Managers, Program Managers, and VRMs in all of the channel's locations.
- Configuring all parts of the Contact Center/Dialer operations
- Lead, coach, and mentor team members in terms of sales goals and service experience.
- Drive the business and ensure that all productivity parameters are met, including operational (number of calls per agent, login hours, talk time, base coverage, etc. ), qualitative (script adherence, TAT, communication quality, etc.) and business-related (Balance sheet lift, Cross Sell, Number of Sales etc)
