As a Video Head, you will be responsible for developing video content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets.

What you will do:

- Collaborating to plan and develop site content, style and layout

- Creating and publishing engaging video content- across all platforms, website, YouTube, etc.

- Editing, proofreading and improving video script

- Ensuring brand consistency

- Optimizing content according to SEO on YouTube

- Using content management systems to analyse website traffic and users- engagement metrics

- Managing video content distribution to online channels and social media platforms to increase web traffic

- Developing an editorial calendar and ensuring video team is on board

- Ensuring compliance with law (e.g., copyright and data protection)

- Staying up to date with developments and generating new ideas to draw audience's attention

Candidate Profile:

What you need to have:

- 4-5 years of experience

- Start-up experience

- MBA/ PGDM qualification

- Excellent creative writing skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
