Head/Vice President - Supply Chain Management - FMCG (10-14 yrs)
About the Organisation : The Organisation is an Indian MNC in Media & Digital TV space and the position is for heading the supply chain management reporting to the CEO of the business .This position will lead and direct all facets of supply chain management including, but not limited to, Procurement, Operations and Planning, Logistics, Material Management, Content Acquisition, Content Strategy & Content Distribution. This is a leadership position and will be part of the Executive Committee (EC)
About The Position:
Head Supply Chain Management (VP)This position will lead and direct all facets of supply chain management including, but not limited to, Procurement, Operations and Planning, Logistics, Material Management for the Business.
This is a leadership position and will be part of the Executive Committee (EC) of the business. The role will be required to work with a wide network of cross functional stakeholders to drive the Strategic Business Agenda.
As a leader, the role would involve team management, and channeling the team towards sharper business delivery, while ensuring due coaching for the development of the team members
What will you do-
Demand and Supply Planning for all material including Digital Content, and all Physical Content - from STBs to cabling - in line with Business requirements.
Drive bottom line profitability through saves on Capex and Opex through effect cost models across the business
Special focus on Capital Work in Progress (CWIP) reduction and close monitoring of the Inventory process to minimize time on Business need delivery
Overall, drive Operations for Supply Chain - end to end management from Procurement to Warehousing & Logistics, to final demand being met by Business
What you need to have:
PG - MBA in Supply Chain Management / Operations Management from Top 15 Institutes only.
10-14 yrs. of experience in Sourcing & SCM processes.
