Our client is one of the largest and fastest growing professional services multinational firm with a strong footprint globally and an exponential growth plans in India. To ensure a speedy and quality growth, they are looking to hire a VP Recruitment for Pan India business who will be responsible for bulk hiring across all non-sales functions in bulk numbers with a team of 20+ people while reporting directly into the Global Recruitment Head

As a VP Recruitment (senior most professional in TA CoE) with a team of 20+ people and directly reporting into the Global Recruitment Head, you will be responsible for:

- Plan and develop a strategic approach, policies and initiatives to meet the recruitment targets without compromising the quality of hire

- Partner closely with all Business heads in India and globally to design a blueprint of recruitment goals, handle big organizational change and ensure that capability exists in the team to drive the same

- Working towards identifying and implementing robust recruitment processes for both mid to senior and Executive hiring, ensuring strong source mix including social media, innovative recruitment metrics and proactive direct channels of sourcing

- Create strong fundamentals and metrics to manage end to end recruitment process from demand management to sourcing, reviewing, interviewing, offer management and finally onboarding process

- Be a strong mentor to all 20 fast-growing members of the team and proactively work towards their skill development to be able to achieve the goals

- Proactively lead and manage any change management projects within recruitment related to Technology/ Processes

- Ensure timely delivery of targets and build the strong proactive pipeline for talent through market understanding and foreseeing the business requirements across India

- Work towards employer branding both internally and externally and drive referrals as one of the most important source of hiring

- Build stronger understanding and visibility of competition and geographical landscape

- Exercise cost-saving strategies and deliver to recruiting budgets along with ensuring strong recruitment compliance

- Coaching and mentoring the line managers to mature the recruitment processes internally

As a successful candidate, you should,

- Come with 15+ years of experience into Recruitment with a strong team management experience of managing at least 15 people recently

- Candidates should preferably come from Technology/ Consulting/ Ecommerce set ups

- Should have seen aggressive recruitment targets, ramp up drives and creating strong recruitment strategies for scaled up firms

- Excellent verbal and written communication + articulation skills

- Successful track record of handling recruitment strategy in a global environment is a must have

- Strong executive presence and tendency to effectively build relationships and establish trust and competence

- Ability to manage multiple business stakeholders and strong analytical skills and a logical approach

- Strong negotiation skills and ability to solve problems
