- Head Product- looking for a detail obsessed head of product with deep B2C consumer tech experience for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to lead product for a global Educational Technology Start-Up with both a mission and tremendous value creation upside.

- The founder is highly reputed with a blue chip pedigree and a history of successful exits. Prototype and subsequent MVP both have blockbuster results, targeting an immediate $1.1+ Billion market, enabling tremendous wealth creation in a short time for a detail-obsessed product lead.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Head of Product leads and recruits full product team to lead multiple inter-dependent work-streams, each with massive business potential and scale, immediately:

a. Complete end-to-end product design for web-based Ed-Tech Platform with blockbuster in-market results as we go from MVP to scaled product.

b. Lead complexity of creating a platform that should be absolutely delightful for kids 6-14 while delivering perceived academic value to parents.

c. Have a global aesthetic- the product will expand globally in 3 months time and aesthetic should transcend cultural boundaries to deliver a true global experience.

d. Have strong detail orientation- the product will have inter-dependent flows on both front-end as well as teacher/admin/ops back-end.

PROFILE :

Ideal candidate has :

- Scaled consumer product experience

- B2C Web Product Background like Amazon Book My Show, etc.

- UI/UX Passion: Detail obsessed, loves to read books like Hooked etc.

SALARY :

- Upto Rs 75 lakhs depending on experience + Bonus + Seed ESOP worth min. $1 Million in 12 months based on approved business plan. Immediate increment in salary with next round of funding to be raised in June'2020. (Salary negotiable based on experience but this is the general range).
