Head/Vice President - Product - Affordable Housing - Bank

Leading Private Sector Bank

1. Manage day to day functioning of Product aspects for Affordable Housing Product.

2. Develop and execute all product related performance metrics and streamline the data flow concerns if any in all the products handled.

3. Responsible for setting up partnerships and alliances. Manage partnership network with respect to product, policy and process

4. Work with the functions such as Operations, Policy, Credit, Legal, Compliance teams in developing and executing the product related aspects such as processes, regulatory compliance, product kits, risk policy review etc.

5. Ensure regular review of portfolio at regular intervals and appropriate reporting.

6. Develop go-to-market strategy, in with the conjunction with the Sales team for Implementation of the marketing and Incentive plans.

7. Run marketing campaigns through mediums like - Online, SMS, Email etc. and develop acquisition focused marketing programs for cross selling Affordable Housing Product on the banks liability base.

8. Responsible for the development of all customer requirement understanding such as Generate market Intelligence, buyer preferences and competition mapping, markets investigation etc.

9. Set-up branch network for sourcing Affordable Housing Loans

10. Review and suggest cost saving measures so as to be within budgets on the Product P&L

MBAs / CAs

- 8+ years of experience in banking or financial services industry with 4+ years in Affordable Housing

- Understanding of affordable housing market, segment and collateral

- Understanding of Indian regulatory requirements for affordable housing.

- Should have managed implementation of process and system functionalities / training as part of the job.

- Understanding of customer journey of Retail Asset customers
