Head/Vice President - Marketing - General Insurance (10-12 yrs)

Client is an upcoming General Insurance player with a strong international pedigree.
Position Title - Head - Vice President - Marketing
Location : Mumbai
Job Purpose : Drive marketing strategy across Brand Management, PR, Digital and Social Media for the organization
Key Responsibilities :
a. Brand Management - Closely work on brand building and align the marketing strategies with the retail distribution strategy
b. Channel Marketing - Run and execute ATL, BTL campaigns
b. Customer Insight - Develop intimate understanding of our customers, their needs, passion, ambition and their concerns, issues and pain points.
b. Business Strategy - Design marketing strategy to influence business decisions on ; where to play and how to win
c. Engage customers to enhance our share of attention and wallet
d. Design - Implement design thinking across value chain to deliver best in class customer experience
e. Digital - Develop digital strategy for the organization, lead our digital value proposition, product and offering, develop platform for client and communities
Role reports into the Head of Distribution. It is a team handling role with 5 individuals reporting into this person.
