Head/Vice President - Human Resource - BPO/ITeS (12-15 yrs)

Role: -HR Head/Director

We are looking for candidates with: -

1. Ability to thrive in an unstructured environment and work independently

2. Experience of working in BPO Organization

3. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

4. Demonstrated competence in the various HR functional areas

5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Experience:

1. Experience of managing team size of 100-500 for period of 3-5 years

2. Overall experience of min 12 years

3. Worked in international voice/non-voice BPO for at least 5 years

4. MBA from premier institute in HR

5. Ability to manage multiple complex issues and prioritize projects concurrently

6. Ability to work at all levels of the HR "stack" - Strategic, operational, and tactical

Responsibilities:

1. Drive governance on critical human resource metrics such as retention, engagement & cost for a fast-paced business.

2. Engage & work with key internal and external partners in a matrixed relationship for Compensation & Benefits, Staffing and Operations

3. Operate independently to ensure employee satisfaction & development of the team. Train, mentor and lead HR initiatives and best Practices.

4. Ability to interact with the customer and should have Client presence

5. Coach individual managers on growing management capabilities.

6. Understand the business and its challenges to help address the organization and peoples' ask

7. Use data to measure success: learn, iterate, and improve; analyse trends and develop proactive actions to further support business objectives

8. Consult legal counsel to ensure that policies, actions comply to Statutory regulations by government / non-government bodies. Manage, Own and Maintain all communication and records required for Statutory compliance

9. Own/drive HR policies and directives and ensure smooth implementation across the firm
