Designation: Head / Vice President - Commercial & Operations - Mumbai

The Role / Job Description:

a) The role requires supporting multiple group companies including unit which is into research / sourcing candidate profiles.

b) The role primarily requires supporting all Commercial & Operations related activities including Billing, Taxation, Statutory Compliances, Accounting, Legal & Govt. Compliances, Partner & Client Contracts

c) Responsible for Administrative Cell

d) Multiple P & L / Revenue sharing /Incentive administration

e) Intragroup accounting

f) Forecasting & Managing the fund flow

g) Ensuring proactive timely actions and ensuring smooth running of the timely tap on the parameters.

h) Income Tax, Service Tax, Statutory Compliances Returns

i) IT Data Base / Infrastructure Management

j) Ensuring smooth running of operations along with commercial compliance

k) External Vendor Management & Controls

The Candidate Details:

a) Age : 45 to 50 yrs

b) Education : ICWA + LLB / MBA preferred

c) Overall experience of 20+ years with minimum 5 years of working experience in multi-divisions, multi-location companies / Mid-Size / entrepreneur driven companies

d) Handling Commercial activities

e) Exposure to running operations

f) Handled MIS & Controls

g) Handled Accounts for multiple companies

h) Good financial accounting exposure

i) Sound commercial knowledge

j) Statutory compliances including labour laws, taxation, IPR

k) Legal knowledge of making client contracts

l) Bank coordination and fund management

m) Strong leadership skills & Multi-tasker

n) Tech Savvy - IT / Infrastructure Management

Work Experience: 20 to 30 yrs

Location of Job: Mumbai

Salary & Perks:

a) 20 - 35 lacs (inclusive Fixed & Variable)
