Head - Vendor & Supply Chain Management - (Tier1 - MBA)
We are looking for a seasoned leader (preferred with Tier1 MBA) for a senior Leadership role, this opportunity is with one of the biggest retail company in India.
Role: Head of Vendor and supply chain management.
- MBA with ~15 years of experience in technology operations, vendor management, Supply chain management, business development and strategy with an in-depth knowledge of business product and value proposition.
- Motivated self-starter who thrives on working in complex and challenging environments of a rapidly evolving business
- Strong project management skills with experience gaining consensus and driving timely deliverables with individuals inside and outside the organization
- Ability to independently manage complex contract negotiations, working with senior executives inside and outside of the organization
- Demonstrated expertise in handling multiple external vendors and supply chain issues
- Track record of success building great vendor partnerships for the organization
- Willing to travel to meet with partners, vendors, and support field teams on site
- Experience in Fintech or Medtech or IoT solutions would be an added advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences
