Head - UX - eCommerce

- BE preferably with MBA with excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

- Well versed and experience in leading a team and responsible for :

- Design Management, UX Strategy and User Experience Design

- User Interface Designing, User Research, Interaction Design and Graphic Design

- Reviewing deliverables from designers and researchers and devising UX strategy

- Program manage the process of internal functional inputs and external agency

- Integrate all marketing requirements to present campaigns

- making the UX Business Requirement Documents in coordination with Technology team

- UAT process of testing and accepting developed pages

- seamless transition from existing UX to fully developed new UX
