- Contribute to product development & modifications in existing product portfolio, product benchmarking and implementation of ink solutions in coordination with technology Head and BU sales team to maximize customer satisfaction and achieve defined business objectives

Job Description:
- Development of Radiation curing products like UV, HUV, LED etc as per customer requirement.
- Customized development & manage the Current UV product portfolio, intermediates and finished goods as defined by market and BU requirements
- Resolution of customer complaints and claims along with the sales and business team for technology related complaints
- Continuous market & competition analysis from technology point of view to ensure development of competitive applications, services and solutions to respond to market & customer needs
- Compliance of technology solutions and applications within the area of responsibility with HSE rules and quality standards as well as chemical industry standards
Profile :
- Degree in Chemistry/Printing Technology with 12+ years of experience. Candidates with Masters and Ph.D will be preferred.
- Experience in the field of decorative paints, UV cured coatings, UV polumers, UV adhesives will be preferred.
- 5-7 years of formulation experience with UV inks or UV cured products along with application technology
- 5+ years of team leading experience.
- Good communication and team leading ability
