Head - Unsecured Lending Policy - Banking (6-15 yrs)

Head Unsecured lending Policy


Key Responsibilities :

- Work with Banks and NBFC to setup policy for the unsecured lending business

- Create policy from scratch. Setup review and correction/realignment strategy

- Ability to create multiple risk strategies like Risk, fraud, Collection, settlement for our loans

- Creating a framework to eliminate/reduce customer personification

- Take target of less than 4% loss to AR and create policies to support the same.

- Create a right customer profile right pricing model for customer to keep 3.5% ROA ( PBT)for the business

- Be on top of portfolio quality in setting up lead indicators and work to improve portfolio quality

- Create a 100 cr book in next 6 months which has less than 4% loss/Sales. Less than 8% 30% delinquency

Required Skills :

- Post-graduation from premium MBA colleges /CA with nearly 6-15 years- experience.

- Experience of risk and policy framework

- Knowledge of risk policy framework and creating a risk analytics.

- Knowledge of unsecured lending is a must.

- Ability to work with cross functional team and self-motivation with the ability to learn quickly

- A career oriented mindset and are a go getter

- Minimum work experience 6 years

- Looking for fast growth in a challenging environment and willing to work hard.

- Proficiency and fluency in English, Hindi and any other local language preferable.

- Source people Currently working in to Policy making for unsecured Lending Business.

Preferred Industries:


- Any good Bank or NBFC.

- Knowledge of risk policy framework and creating a risk analytics.
