Head - University & Higher Ed Institute Relations (15-18 yrs)
Hiring for a leading HEtech based in the western suburbs of Mumbai.
Preferably looking for Mumbai based candidates & immediate joiners.
This position will be crucial in building the next growth phase for the organisations growth strategy. Apart from the futuristic roadmap, the incumbent will also handle existing relationships and ensure rapid & sustainable growth is achieved.
a. Identifying new opportunities and building Institute relationships to expand the product portfolio.
b. Programme development with institute and content stakeholders across the Executive Education portfolio.
c. Closely working with Product Team to acquire programmes with market viability.
d. To work on a matrix of strategic and tactical decision based on Product + Marketing Intelligence.
e. Explore top NIRF 100 Universities & Higher-Ed Institutions to identify, effectively prospect, develop, and close sales opportunities.
f. Monitoring market trends and competitor movements on programme types and investments.
g. Develop and manage pipeline activity and monitor yearly AOP plans to achieve business growth.
h. Identification and development of new relationships for growth.
a. Graduate / Postgraduate with minimum 15 yrs. experience in B2I space.
b. Strong analytics and number crunching skills, pleasant and happy demeanour.
c. Experience of managing meetings with C-suite representatives.
d. Preference will be given to candidates who have handled key decision makers - Directors, Vice Chancellor, Dean, Chairpersons of premium and ranked institution.
