KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Candidate should have good knowledge and exposure to credit policies / process. Strong networking capability and awareness of market best practices in retail asset finance is a must.
- Orientation and driving team towards objective of maintaining credit quality on portfolio, TAT within stipulated timeliness, portfolio monitoring on early delinquencies, quick mortality and suggestive credit improvements thereof.
- Conduct periodic meetings / trainings / Workshop of staffs
- Closely interact with Business Heads at CO, Regional Heads, Risk team towards resolution of credit issues w.r.t policies, processes
- Presentation skills on portfolio performance like portfolio mix, dpd reports etc is important.
