Job Purpose :&nbsp; To turn our Mobile and Web stock trading applications into easy-to-use products for the customers Key Deliverables :&nbsp; - Gather and evaluate user requirements - Analyse competition products and their features - Illustrate design ideas using process flows and sitemaps - Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets - Build page navigation buttons and search fields - Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how the application looks like - Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables) - Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders, testing the new developments and rolling them out - Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness) - Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback - Adhere to style standards on fonts, colours and images Job Requirements : Qualifications &amp; Experience: Any Graduate with 8 - 12 years of work experience in UI/UX domain. - Minimum 3 years of UI UX experience in Captial Markets domain - Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop - Strong understanding of the equity business.
