Head - Treasury - QSR Chain (7-14 yrs)

Gurgaon/Gurugram Job Code: 1314881

We are looking for Treasury head having 7+ years of experience.

Location : Gurgaon

Max CTC - 30 LPA

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Debt Syndication/ Project Funding from Banks along with documentation, sanction/renewal/ enhancement of working capital limits

- Working capital management including Foreign subsidiaries

- Financial projection/ weekly, monthly, yearly cash flow projections

- Preparation of CMA data, FFR, Due Diligence report, Monthly Stock Statement/DP for financial arrangements and Other RBI Compliances

- Investment in foreign subsidiaries and all related compliance for the same i.e. APR return, Form FC for foreign investments

- Treasury Function / Trade Finance i.e. opening of FDs, LCs, Bank Guarantee, Forward Hedging, Foreign Payments and related functions etc.

- Investment of Surplus funds in Fixed Deposits and Mutual Funds

- Continuous coordination and liaison with banks to ensure smooth day-to-day banking operations and at optimum finance cost

- All Books closing activity on SAP and preparation of necessary schedules of finance for treasury vertical

- Responsible for entire Sales recognition and Trade Receivables

- Annual Insurance renewal along with regular addition and handling insurance claims

- Lead the automation projects of the department.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS :

1. Post Graduate - CA / MBA Finance from college of Repute

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE :

1. At least 7 to 10 years of experience in Banking finance and Treasury

2. Good knowledge of accounting entries in SAP or any other ERP

3. Excellent communication and presentation skills

4. Good Excel and PPT skills

5. Ability to handle team size of minimum 10 people.
