Position - Head Treasury

Qualification - CA / MBA Finance

Key Responsibilities :

- The prima facie responsibility is the Financial Management of different entities within the group.

- Financial planning forms the basis of ascertaining various financial exposures at each entity level and then at the Group level ( cash surpluses /deficits, Foreign Exchange exposures, Interest rate exposures, Investments / Borrowings ) that are to be managed by means of financial transactions.

- Discuss and Coordinate with Corporate Finance, to set up the capital structure of each company to have an optimum debt / equity ratio.

- Optimizing the Capital structure of Group companies without jeopardizing their ability to meet their liabilities.

- To ensure liquidity at each entity level for smooth operations and to support business growth - organic / inorganic.

- Setting up Bank Credit lines for each company in India - to ensure that the company has the ability to meet their liabilities and the business operations run smoothly including imports / exports.

- Also negotiate with the banks for smooth collections / payments.

- Ensure Liquidity to support Business in its organic / inorganic growth.

- Cash pooling - Optimum usage of Group funds Framing and implementation of Investment policy to get the best returns out of the surplus funds at Group level taking prudent risks.

- Foreign Exchange risk management - Manage the foreign exchange gains / losses arising out of imports / exports forming a part of non-operating results of the company efficiently to ensure its minimum impact on the financial results of the company.

- Assess the risk and purchase optimal insurance covers for the group
