Designation: Head - Treasury Operations

Responsibilities:

- Assessing and maintaining the required digital assets liquidity across the Partner exchanges, Hot wallets and cold wallets

- Working together with the Marketing and Technology teams to manage and optimize the Listing/Delisting process of Digital assets

- Developing and operationalising the risk management framework for trading platforms including leveraged products like margin and derivatives

- Developing and operationalising trading rules across markets

- Building end to end double entry book-keeping system for accounting

- Improving the overall trader experience by regularly auditing exchange system performance

- Liaising with operation teams to provide customer support, client onboarding and other operation related matters and serve as the lead point of contact for all key customer account management matters

- Managing the reporting and MIS with regularly presented analyses including dashboards and other exchange related metrics to the senior management

- Running and providing oversight of the exchange/marketplace to ensure market integrity and that the venue is operating in an orderly fashion

- Working with technology teams to implement new products, new regulatory requirements and change policies via formalizing of processes flow, KPI update and training

- Developing strong relationships with market makers, key accounts, customer stakeholders and institutional customers

- Managing AML and risk effectively by ensuring timely and conduct precise escalation and handling/monitoring of issues including identification of root cause and coming up with resolutions

Job requirements:

- Masters degree or above with operational background preferably gained from the financial services industry

- 10+ years of relevant experience with at least 2 years of people management experience

- Possess sound knowledge and understanding in equities & derivative products

- Understanding of blockchain, cryptocurrency and DeFi concepts will be an added advantage

- Looking for candidates with experience in treasury / trading operations preferably in head role
