Job Description - Strategic role to work with the Mortgage business as Head Treasury

Leadership role with a market leading Housing Finance Company

Client Details

Our client is one of the well-established Housing Finance Company backed by a reputed conglomerate. The HFC has mortgage product offerings across loans, Mortgages, Loans Against Property, Loans Against Shares, Micro-finance and Agri-loans. They are looking for a Head Treasury with strong team handling experience for their operations based in NCR.

Description

Reporting to the CFO you will be responsible for-

- Overall responsibility of fund raising for the Company as per requirement and at cost effective manner.

- Fund raising though Commercial Papers, External Commercial Borrowings, Foreign Currency Term Loans, NHB Refinance, Rupee Denominated Bonds and through structured products.

- Managing the Debt Investor Relations: - Constantly engaging with Bankers, MF Fund Managers, Insurance Companies, Provident Funds, Corporates and Making Investor presentations.

- Managing Daily Cash Flow of the company and ensure optimum utilization of funds & liquidity for business.

- Handling the Rating Agency Relations: - Constant Interaction with Rating Agencies.

- Ensuring adherence to the Regulatory Guidelines & Statutory requirements

- Responsible for maintaining of ALM framework of the Company.

- Running the quarterly ALCO meetings under the Board approved Asset Liability Management framework. Cover the detailed analysis on Macroeconomic environment and its impact on the company, advances, borrowing profile, Investments, ALM statements and future cash flows.

- Keeping the Management updated on the liquidity gaps, interest rate gaps and the step required to respond to address the gaps and market movements.

- Formulation of detailed Annual Operating Plan encompassing all the functions like Business, Credit, Operations, Risk and collections, Human Resources, Treasury and resultant Financials Analysis.

- Assessment of the Capital requirement of the company and the plan for capital raising

- Preparation of the 5 years strategy plan for the company.

Profile

- CA with 10+ years work experience and someone who has an experience of handling treasury of any NBFC/Bank along with fund raising experience is a must
