Company : A leading NBFC of a Top Business Conglomerate

Position : Head - Treasury

Location : Chennai

Key Responsibilities :

- Leading the fund raising initiative of the Company to ensure clear visibility of funds and credit limit for ensuring the AUM growth and Cash Flows.

- Maintain a system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over treasury activities

- Representing, Nurturing and developing extensive relationship with Senior Bank Officials, Rating Agencies, Debenture Trustees, Mutual Funds Managers/CIOs, FI, FIIs, and major local and international Investment Banks.

- Ensuring compliance with all NBFC Guidelines issued by RBI including filing various required returns/reports

- Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements

- Review and assess risks that arise in company's functionalities and activities.

- Monitor and manage the investments, update MIS for accurate reporting and make appropriate recommendations to the CFO and top management of the company.

- Coordinate with the various finance, legal and compliance teams to structure and negotiate, closure of transaction along with drafting, vetting and review of the transaction documents

Key Requirements & Qualification :

- CA / MBA-Finance from Premier Institute

- Total Experience of Around 15 years with around minimum 9 years of operational accounting or finance experience.

- In-depth understanding of money markets and Hands on experience in raising debt from banks/FII/FI

- Strong relations with Banks and other FIs

- A person of proven professional competency and managerial ability at the corporate level

- Good commercial and business acumen.

- Strong Leadership skills, networking & negotiation skills

- Candidate must have decent communication skills both oral & written.

- Analytical and conceptual thinking.
