Job Description : Heading Treasury & IR for a listed Indian Conglomerate.
Client Details :
The client is a leading business conglomerate with a group turnover of around 8000 crores.
Description :
From the Treasury perspective, key responsibilities include the following :
- Good strong relationship with Banks (both Nationalised & Private) at senior level.
- Experience in CP borrowing etc is required. Should have dealt with other financial Institutions (FI) at senior level for raising Funds.
- Should have experience in dealing with Credit Rating agencies
- Borrowing experience is a must (minimum 600 cr ).
- Experience in Forex, Risk Management & Hedging
From the Investor Relations perspective, key responsibilities include the following :
- As a link between Corporate Management and Investors, he needs to develop a robust IR strategy and framework to enhance Investor confidence
- Must have deep knowledge and understanding of capital markets as well as thorough knowledge of business and industry / market dynamics
Profile :
- CA or MBA Finance
- At least 15-20 years of experience (Age between 40-45 years)
- Demonstrated ability to work & lead Teams
- Strong Data reporting, interpretation & presentation skills. Should be able to articulate Financials in a well-structured manner
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills to effectively manage investor community and all other stakeholders at all necessary levels
- Self-driven, result-oriented with a missionary zeal to exceed goals
