- Relationship management: Represent the company externally to credit rating agencies, banks, government agencies including revenue authorities and maintian a healthy relation. - Ensure timely fund raising : Private Equity deals / Capital market transaction ( Debt / Equity) - Oversee: Banking &amp; Treasury operation including fund raising from domestic &amp; overseas sources, Refinancing, Working capital management and payments. Security creation and perfection. - To ensure optimum number of banks &amp; ensure smooth operation - Responsible for Forex Risk Management, Forex Policy updation, appropriate hedging strategies and Adherence - Project finance: DPR review and financial closure. - Acquisition funding: To ensure Minimal or no recourse to Company for acquistion funding. Investor relationship management : - Communicate Company's strategy,financial performance, business model and prospects with investment community through conference participation, one on one meetings with or without management. provide timely feedback to the management. - Resposbile for Investor collateral, earning conference call with clear messaging strategy. - Work with analyst for coverage, track major news &amp; events for company and competitors benchmarking. - Ensure maintenance of database of all analyst meet, analyse ownership information,track,changes. - Max salary range would be around 50 lpa to 60 lpa. - Please don't apply if already taken more than 60 lpa.
