Head Treasury Investor

The Role:

This role will support the CXO office of the client across various aspects of the investment cycle.

The role will include, but is not limited to:

1) Conduct detailed sector research.

2) Identify investment targets with focus on research led origination

3) Portfolio Analysis/ performance review for detailed investor reporting.

4) Operational support to investee companies in preparing board reports & presentations

5) Monetization of Existing assets; Responsible for preparing identified portfolio companies for an exit.

- Identify potential investors

- Develop and monitor performance improvement plan with the management team

- Analysis of market conditions, valuation benchmarks, acquirer landscape

- Identification of advisors, bankers to assist the Fund in the exit process.

- Capital Raise; Lead the fundraise of USD 150 million fund with focus on Tech and Consumer sector.

- The candidate will be responsible for developing investment strategy, sector drivers & identifying potential investment opportunities.

- Leading the negotiations with potential LPs

- Additionally candidate shall take the lead in working with professional advisors in finalizing fund structure, identifying potential investors, fund raising collateral.

- Preparation of market outreach program.

Portfolio Management:

- Monitoring of portfolio company performance matrices, including revenue growth, profitability, cash flow management, incremental fund raising.

- He will represent on Board as Director/Observer and participate in board reviews of investee company operations.

New Investments:

- Lead the deployment of the Fund as per investment strategy

- Identifying potential investment opportunities

- Leading deal negotiations, structuring, diligence & deal closure

- Incumbent will be member of company's investment committee along with CIO, Board director and investors representative.
