Head - Treasury - Infrastructure Firm

We are hiring for a leading Client for the position of Head Treasury.

Location - Mumbai

Client - Leading Infrastructure Company.

Exp - Minimum 15

- Strong relationship with key equity capital markets players like FIIs, Mutual Funds, Private Equity Players, Sovereign Funds etc.

- Raising Fund for Infrastructure project like Road project and Power project & Water treatment project

- Raising Fund through ECB and Term Loan for corporate use like capex & investment in foreign subsidiaries

- Project financing for foreign project through factoring line, bill discounting etc.

- Raising working capital funding like CC limit/WCDL/CPs

- Involved in Strategy Management group for developing business & grew organization in right direction

- Good knowledge of raising fund for Project and Company either through Debt or Equity Quick understanding of business model of the company
