Job Description:
The chief responsibilities would be to:
- Manage and lead the identification and approach to Banks, NBFCs, mutual funds, insurance companies & other debt investors for raising funds
- Build on an annual calendar of key prospects & be in-charge of cash flows
- Build on relationships with existing investors, preparing reports to meet deadlines and submitting further applications for funding
- Create, monitor and manage all content and presentation materials required for debt capital
- Prepare financial models for fundraising opportunities & oversee ALM activities
- Understand due diligence requests from prospective investors, research and gather necessary information and prepare a comprehensive response
- Liaison with Regulators, wealth managers and legal partners
- Produced detailed annual action plans on specific areas of responsibility outlined above, identifying areas for growth and development and outlining measurable objectives
- Objectively review the success and achievements against agreed targets, identifying strengths, weaknesses and areas for development
The Successful Candidate should:
- Either be a CA or MBA Finance with at least 15 years of experience in fund-raising
- Must have previous experience in dealing with banks & raising funds from other debt instruments (CPs, NCDs etc)
- Must be well-versed with the local regulatory framework
- Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Strong analytical and written communication skills - ability to synthesize information and deliver effective presentations
