Head - Treasury & Banking - Manufacturing

- Heading treasury and banking function of organization, review new business requirement and projects. Optimizing working capital and maximizing lower cost borrowing.

- Raising of debt / non-fund facilities for meeting capex requirements including loan & security with lenders. Debt Servicing & Compliances as per due dates.

- Handle export related matter such as issuance of Export House Certificate, Export Benefits and compliances.

- Taking active forward contract to hedge open position and adopt various options to minimize forex risk.

- Plan and implement strategies for arranging buyers and supplier's credit; inland Letter of Credit as well as foreign Letter of Credit.

- Knowledge of Finance and Accounts, Corporate Borrowing, Long and Short Term Borrowing, ECB, NCDs and Commercial Papers Issuance, Project Funding, LC/BG, Buyers and Suppliers Credit, setting up Working Capital Facility with PSU/Private Banks/Foreign Banks, Accounts, Tax, Audit.
