Head - Treasury - Auto/Auto/Ancillary (5-10 yrs)
There is an urgent requirement with one of leading Auto Industry as Treasury Head Location based out in Bhiwadi.
- Timely Renewal of Working Capital Limits from the Banks to avoid any interest/penalty.
- Assessment of requirement of Working Capital, CMA preparation and arrangement of the required limits from Bank
- Submission of monthly/quarterly reports to Banks.
- To keep the tracks of limits utilization and release the daily reports.
- To make monthly Cash flow of the company for operation, Financing and Investments activities
- To release weekly cash flow reports for plan and actual
- To coordinate with bank for raise WCDL/short term/long term loan at the best rate of interest
- To monitor the utilization of export credit and control the timely closure of of bills as per RBI/FEMA norms.
- Conversion of surplus fund in FDRs/MF to economize the interest cost.
- To negotiate and target the reduction of rate of interest on INR/FCRN loans
- To coordinate with the banks for completion of securities .
- To monitor compliance under RBI/FEMA related to Bank
- To coordinate and submit required information to Credit agency for Financial Rating.
- To prepare the monthly MIS of Banks & Treasury (including tracking of FIRC,BRC, Bank Reconciliation, non fund based liabilities etc.
