Roles and Responsibilities -

Manage Group Travel & Accommodation Services (Hotels Contract & Guest House Management) ensuring seamless business travel experience for all travelers while remaining compliant with Travel policy & ensuring business travel costs are optimized.

Manage operations and ensure upkeep of all Promoter Estates across all locations.

Lead planning and execution of all events at Promoters Estates with an objective of delivering services of exceptional quality.

Desired Candidate Profile

1). Execute and implement People & Culture strategies that align with client business strategy.

2). Develop Travel operation strategy and negotiate contracts with Airline & Accommodation service providers.

3). Ensuring providing flawless, upscale, professional, and high-class guest service experiences.

4). Ensure seamless daily operations at all Estates through coordination with the Process Managers.

5). Oversee all travel & accommodation arrangements and operations to improve the efficiency and cost optimization.

6). Ensure travel & accommodation services are made available to employees/ guests as per standards whilst remaining compliant with governance protocols and Group policies .

7). Own & manage the business insights and communication with BU leaders to ensure cost optimization initiatives .

8). Ensure on vendors performance to provide best-in-class travel services to employees by establishing robust operation strategies .

9). Conduct monthly operational reviews and ensure on smooth service delivery and adherence to defined SLAs.

10). Oversee the operation that keep a large estate running smoothly, people operation, estate facilities and event management at various estates.

11). Develop the annual budget basis the pre-defined budget and cost optimization guidelines.

12). Collaborate with the projects team and plan all maintenance activities for all estates and ensure best in class infrastructure is made available to the promoters; Support projects team for conducting any structural upgradations/ repair works for the estates.

13). Ensure all processes are compliant with the governance protocols and defined SOPs & SLA.

14). Ensure audit findings & Customer feedbacks with regards to processes are analyzed to develop an effective action plan for mitigating risks/ address gaps identified.

15). Keep up with latest technology integrate them with the existing processes with an intention of enhancing customer satisfaction.

16). Review performance and provide feedback to ensure a motivated and committed team
