Head - Procurement-Transport Business

Location Mumbai-Lower Parel

Role:

- Take care of Transportation Planning, Network designing and Optimization pan India

- Procurement of Transport Vendors

- Rate negotiation and Finalization of contracts

- Coordinating with warehouses and Mother Hubs to ensure vehicle placement, permit requirement

- Ensuring vehicle Permits, Insurance, route finalization, network planning for all dispatches.

- Generating monthly Key Performance Indicators

- Help in achieving Customer satisfaction like On Time. Transportation: Vehicle reliability placement, Transporter history card

- Reduce the transportation cost so as to align with the budget cost allocated. Ensuring timely payment to transporters, Octroi bill clearing

- Develop strong logistics network, capacity fulfillment for Pan India

- Ensuring the SOPs and fulfilling all Legal Requirement
