We have below position:

Company: One the largest courier express company

Location: Mumbai

Role: Operations Head ( Air & Ground)

Experience: 10+ Years

CTC Range: 50 to 55 LPA

Job Role :

- Develop and drive the operations strategy for the organization

- Responsible for network planning, network design, network management and service quality management.

- Need to manage operations, revenue and entire life cycle of channel development from various channel partners.

- Lead the formulation of the Operations strategy based on the overall operations strategy, volumes, customer expectations, growth plans, etc.

- Monitor the competitive landscape and provide strategic insights to the senior management regarding new products/ services that can be introduced in the existing network.

- Work closely with the Operational Efficiency, Excellence and Quality Control team within Operations to periodically review the operational workflows, policies, procedures and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
