Transport Operations Head with one of the largest Courier Express company at Pune We have below position: Company: One the largest courier express company Location: Pune Role: Express Operations Head (DGM) Experience: 10+ Years CTC Range: 50 to 55 LPA Job Role : - Develop and drive the operations strategy for the organization - Managing complex express operations, drive growth through business transformation, cost optimization and consolidation for Maharashtra state. - Responsible for network planning, network design, network management and service quality management. - Ensuring network optimization, capacity building and utilization, scalability of operations, express distribution and store operations as well as vendor management - Responsible for operational effectiveness as per customer requirement - Review regional transportation or logistics reports for ways to improve efficiency or minimize the environmental impact of logistics activities - Collaborate with other departments to integrate express operations with business systems or processes, such as customer sales, order management, accounting etc.- Lead the formulation of the Operations strategy based on the overall operations strategy, volumes, customer expectations, growth plans, etc.
