Head - Transformation - Finance & Accounts Domain - BPO (13-20 yrs)
- Role incumbent will be playing the role of Head Transformation for F&A assignments /projects within the organisation for different deals.
- Will be involved in driving improvement projects which majorly focuses on increasing productivity and efficiency.
- Will be interacting Leads of Center of Excellence for various Six Sigma projects running within the different LOB which includes thereby interacting with senior internal and external stakeholders.
- Will also be parallelly running various complex Automation projects and cost reduction projects.
Desired Skill Set:-
- Looking for preferably a PG holder with 13+yrs of overall experience in the relevant field.
- Should be a MBB / BB certified professional having experience in heading Lean six sigma projects in the Transformation space with vertical exposure to F&A domain.
- Should possess good project management, people management and stakeholder management skills.
- Should possess good business acumen skills from a Leader perspective.Positions are open in Bangalore and Chennai.
