This role requires the Training Head to training the delivery executives for an upcoming Hyperlocal arm of a Foodtech giant - Accountable for building content strategies, training the delivery folks &amp; facilitating the sessions - Design and develop effective training interventions basis the business requirement - Be responsible for creation and orchestration of the portfolio of training and development activities - Lead the L&amp;D team and help in keeping it up to date with latest training practices, trends and technology - Measure program delivery quality, generate reports and ensure continuous improvement and effectiveness. - Evaluate the impact of training efficacy of training interventions and methodologies used on an ongoing basis - Manage the entire training lifecycle of the delivery fleet
