Head - Training - Education/Teaching (12-16 yrs)
Head Training
Key Responsibilities :
- Working closely with the product team to create, edit and evaluate technical training contents, assignments , projects, online tests, and interview questions
- Mentoring students and assisting them with their projects, presentations, and interview preparations
- Scheduling and tracking training calendar for batches to ensure timely completion of courses
- Conduct periodic webinars to discuss trends and techniques
- Organizing and chairing Training Department meetings/Exam Boards.
- Attending and contributing to Management meetings and Trustees' meetings.
- Writing reports relating to the work of the Training Department.
- Overall strategic management of the student/training library.
- Leading the planning and delivery of graduation events.
- Ensuring the Training Department content on the website is kept up-to-date and attending to other marketing needs.
- Developing the training programme with reference to the agreed Business Plan.
- Other relevant duties commensurate with the position.
- Dealing with any complaints relating to the work of the Training Department.
