Head - Training & Development - Health & Wellness Product Firm (6-15 yrs)

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Take complete ownership for developing, managing and maintaining the training department

- Ensure to have a quality orientation of the new joiners

- Curate refreshers training program

- Evaluate present training program on processes, products, sales, etc and upgrade it time to time.

- Curate upskilling training program for the employees in different departments

- Responsible to create a learning-driven work environment

- Closely work with the HODs of Sales, Nutrition, Contact Centre and other departments to curate specific training programs

- Responsible to improve the efficiency of the client-facing department

- Design skill-specific training programs from the non-client facing departments

- Help in improving sales by quality training for the sales team

- Create - Train the Trainer training program

- Create effective performance improvement plans for the bottom performers

- Design effective surveys for TNA

- Understand the business model and devise the training plan accordingly

- Prepare effective training content and module as per business needs

- Conduct the evaluations to monitor the effectiveness of the training

- Ensure the financial objectives of the training are met

Candidate's profile:

- MBA in HR/Sales & Marketing would be preferred

- Excellent communicator and influencer

- Ability to lead & motivate the team and achieve the desired results by teamwork.

- 6-15 years of relevant experience preferably from the health & wellness industry

- Must be willing to travel across the locations (if needed)

- Should have experience in training B2C sales-focused training
