Manage and lead the Training team for the organization. 2. Oversee all aspects of Training, including Training need identification, Planning and execution of the Training strategy across the organization 3. Develop programs that incorporate overall business objectives and goals 4. Use and leverage best in class methodologies for training and measuring training effectiveness 5. Capability building for employees, across the organization. 6. Aligning training with organizational people development goals. 7. Training budget and utilization Desired Profile: - 15+ years of overall experience with majority in Training and development - BPO Training experience is mandatory - Senior stakeholder management capability
