Our client is a prominent player in the compostable paper and food packaging industry with decades of a strong foothold in India.

They work with local villages to improve education, hygiene, and employment.

Job Description

They are looking for a Training and Development Head. Are you someone who has a passion for innovation, a strong decision-maker, and an outstanding facilitator of learning and capability building?

You will report to the Admin Head.

Responsibilities -

- Build standard process and systems

- Identify and assess the training needs of the organization through role analysis, career paths, and consultation with functional heads.

- Develop individualized and group training programs that address specific business needs.

- Develop training manuals that target tangible results

- Implement effective and purposeful training methods.

- Effectively manage the training budget.

- Evaluate organizational performance to ensure that training is meeting business needs and improving performance.

- Assess the team's skills, performance, and productivity to identify areas of improvement.

- Drive brand values and philosophy through all training and development activities.

- Effectively communicate with team members, trainers, and leadership.

- Create a curriculum to facilitate strategic training based on the organization's goals.

- Select and manage resources, including working with both the internal teams and training vendors to develop and deliver training.

- Manage the technologies and technical personnel required to develop, manage and deliver training.

- Keep abreast of training trends, developments, and best practices.

The Successful Applicant

- Minimum 12-15 years of in-process industry/companies or Aviation, with a strong learning & capability development expertise. You like to work independently when appropriate.

- An agile problem solver who can take on complex projects and offer objective solutions while maintaining a hands-on approach

- You are open to utilizing technology, creating content, and delivering on the same

- You are a people person who loves to engage with multiple teams in a fluid work environment and culture and ability to assess the impact of training on people's performances.

- You are a go-getter and self-motivated.

- You volunteer for new challenges without waiting to be asked. You're going to take ownership of the time you spend with us and truly make a difference.
