Head - Training Delivery & Content - EdTech (8-15 yrs)
Head of Training Delivery and Content
Lead a team of 8 individuals to do the following :
- Proposal Creation
- Conduct Training Needs Assessments with Client Counterparts
- Creating detailed training proposals (rfps) and cost estimates, ensuring that the proposed solution is innovative, and meets the client objectives and needs
- Build and manage relationships with local trainers and training partners.
- Be accountable for metrics such as proposal conversion rates, and overall budgets.
- Maintain knowledge in the department, keeping it up to date with the latest training practices, trends, and technology.
- Prepare and deliver business reviews to senior management.
Content Management :
- Support the development of training programs and presentations to fit the customers needs and make revisions as needed
- Oversee the creation of content, e-learning, collateral and other training materials using various training theories inclusive of job aids, facilitator and participant guides, on-the-job training systems, tutorials, and simulations
- Provide customized training solutions, following principles of instructional designing, ensuring productive output is generated post training solution is provided.
Training Delivery Operations :
- Ensure that programs meet deadlines and that they are completed within the allocated budgets.
- Measure the program delivery quality, which ensures continuous improvement, maintenance, and adjustment in program delivery
- Set up new processes & implementation of new initiatives to help the training delivery. Work with internal departments to rollout new processes.
Key Competencies :
- 10+ year's experience, with exposure to the EdTech / Education / Learning /Training domain
- Experience conducting training needs analysis and developing training plans
- Strong in training operation processes
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience leading a team of training professionals.
