Description - While reporting directly to the Sales Head, this person will be heading the Trade Marketing and Sales Development functions for the consumer business of our client.
- As the Head of Trade Marketing and Sales Development, you will be responsible for forming and executing GTM and Channel Development strategies, sales automation, IT and analytics along with leading some Key Strategic Projects to drive growth.

Job Description:
While reporting to the Sales Head, your key responsibilities will be:
- Forming RTM and Shopper marketing strategies
- Leading business projects to drive growth
- Channel development
- Trade marketing activations
- Budget management to ensure efficient deployment
Profile :
A successful candidate would be one with:
- MBA from top B School (Batches of 2005 to 08)
- 8+ years of experience in FMCG industry with total experience ranging from 12-15 years
- Proven expertise in Trade Marketing, Sales Development, GTM/RTM Strategies
- Strong communication skills
- Team handling experience
