Head - Trade Marketing & Go To Market/Sales Development - FMCG - East

One of the largest FMCG MNCs wishes to hire the Trade Marketing Head for East .

The incumbent would manage the Trade Marketing, GTM and Sales Development with his team for the entire Eastern region.

Specific KRAs include :

- Setting state wise business objectives (annual, quarterly and monthly)

- Developing and designing the trade promotions to suit the region requirements

- Responsible for entire trade loyalty / visibility programs in the region

- Responsible for end to end planning for new product launches

- Sales Development

- Urban & Rural GTM ensuring and expanding the direct reach in the markets

- Driving new initiatives /projects towards creating a future ready sales system

- Building Sales Capability

- Partnering with Technology team for smooth functioning of Sales IT and GTM roll outs.

We invite applications from premier B School graduates with sound sales and distribution experience as ASM/ZSM coupled with a stint in managing Customer marketing /trade marketing /GTM .

Must have managed a team.

His /her forte should be working with the trade, developing the channel both in urban and rural markets.
