Designation : Head of Trade Marketing
Team Size : 10 -12 people report to this role
Location : Gurgaon
KRAs:
- Delivery of All India Sales through efficient utilization of D&A Spends
- Ensure Total BTL Spends are within budgets; Review effectiveness and plan to do more with less
- Drive Execution of Trade Marketing Initiatives through regular tracking & reviews
- Partner with Marketing and translate Consumer plans into Shopper Marketing activities
- Design and Implement Channel / Geography specific Trade Marketing plans to deliver Annual objectives
- Drive Direct Distribution - Identify - Where to Play- and ensure adequate DSR Deployment
- Achieve Brand wise WD numbers All India - Both Urban and Rural
- Sales Planning - Brand / SKU / Area / Region level
- Target Setting / Reporting / MIS
- Leading a Team of Trade Marketing Professionals across regions.
- Working with the Marketing Teams to develop marketing collaterals to support seasonal marketing campaigns around the seasons and festivals.
Experience and Qualification:
- 12-16 Years of experience in working within the FMCG, FMCD, Paints sectors
- PGDBM/ MBA from a Premier B School in India or Abroad.
- Proven ability to Lead a Team
- Working in a similar role of driving Trade Marketing initiatives in different businesses
