- Managing the Invested Store program in General Trade
- Driving business in top weighted outlets through regular trade promotion and retail engagement along with planning and execution of brand visibility
- Driving category development for the Region through Brand Distribution
- Ensuring quality In-store execution for Invested stores
- Driving internal sales engagement programs on a monthly and quarterly basis to motivate the sales team to ensure achievement of business goals
- Deliver insights and periodical assessment of business metrics to senior stakeholders and sales team
- Designing Sales performance tracking tools / dashboards to help MIS team in reporting of business
