Head - Trade Finance Operations - Central Processing Cell

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Head CPC, Manage all trade processing being carried out of Central Processing Cell (CPC) Chennai.

- Manage all trade operations handled out of CPC Chennai.

- Lead strategic projects for trade operations.

- Partner with Business and other stakeholders for ensuring delivery of projects/transactions.

- Manage operations risk and control expectations.

- Identify process improvement initiatives and take them to logical closure.

- Building up a talent strategy for a strong and diverse team.

- Ensure that cost strategy are met with various productivity initiatives.

- Ensure all regulatory requirements are met and no controls diluted in transaction processing.

- Maintain a close interaction with all staff at CPC to have a healthy working atmosphere.
