- Benchmarking & Job Grading
- Experience in working with external Consultants in Benchmarking Compensation & Benefits as per the industry.
- C&B Head role ; but Individual Contributor role ; as entire Comp team and processes have to be set.
- Base Location will be Gurgaon, New Delhi.
- However Induction for 3 months will be in Lagos, Nigeria ; where the company is headquartered. The reporting Manager CHRO is based in Lagos.
