Role Description 1.1 Create awareness on company's way 1.2 Conduct value workshops to promote core values and TQM way of thinking 1.3 Establish processes for identification and recognition of living examples of company's way 2.1 Ensure goal congruence during the PD process in co-ordination with BPN and HOD's 2.2 Identify resources for handling policy projects in consultation with HR, HOD's and BPN 2.3 Enable, monitor and guide the teams working on policy projects for achieving the identified objectives 2.4 Guide every function in revisiting and upgrading their MP-CP and To-Do lists in line with department vision and mission 2.5 Monitor progress with respect to MP-CP's and guide the functional teams in achieving them 2.6 Establish systems to audit and improve the availability, adherence and adequacy of standards 3.1 Establish / Upgrade systems for improving active and voluntary participation of employees in TEI activities 3.2 Review the implementation and progress of the system and carry out course corrections to achieve intended results 3.3 Benchmark best practices from the industry for adapting to the organisation 3.4 Establish role based training system for all workmen roles in the shop floor 3.5 Monitor progress and results of the role based training and implement countermeasures 3.6 Train all employees on relevant problem solving processes and tools for Company's way implementation 3.7 Monitor spends for TEI and cost saving through TEI and implement solutions for continuous improvement
