Candidate experience: Minimum 15 to 20 years of experience

Designation: Vice President

Location of position: Bangalore

Reports to : CTO

Position type: New position earlier the role was handled by the CTO himself

Package: 40 lakhs p.a.

More info about the type of candidates to be hunted:

- Will need a candidate who has played the role of Head of Testing services not in terms of the various testing methods/tools. However as a thought leader in terms of approaching the future of Testing services in the industry. A pure play leader in the Digital testing space.

- Small to mid time testing services companies like Thinksoft Global may not have such leaders. We may have to look at Captive companies operating in the Testing industry. Cognizant may have such candidate and understand that there are many such testing companies based out of Bangalore.
