Job Posting -

- Candidate with experience in Heading Tendering & Estimation - Road, Metro, Railways projects can only reply.

- Shall prepare complete project cost estimates including BOQ, in depth rates analysis and benchmarking with comparable projects

- Shall be required to provide in-depth rate analysis based on Monthly specifications and cost estimation in house for calling construction packages bids, interact with bidders to provide necessary clarifications, review the submitted bids and assist in negotiations with selected bidders for final award.

- Shall be required to visit sites from time to time, interact with vendors and contractors when required, and work upon cost optimization measures in a continuous basis

- Shall be responsible to work out cost estimates for changes in scope both for client purpose as well as contractor purposes.

- Shall see up a strong in house team and build up a strong cost data base to manage the entire process in house but wherever required shall be required to work with consultants and external experts too.

- Shall be required to undertake cost audits regularly for ongoing projects as well as completed projects

- Shall Prepare project costing related reporting to the team and management's review on a monthly basis to ensure that expenditures are kept within the project budget

- Provide cost control and planning advice to team as and when required.
