Job Description :
- To setup a tele sales unit
- Identify and form alliance with outsourced telesales vendors and monitor their performance
- Set up processes and policies for telesales business unit which is compliant with TRAI guidelines
- Develop KPIs for telesales vendor, set pricing guidelines for telesales products, monitor implement improvement initiatives
- Develop best practices
- Take ownership for meeting targets with its own team of operations
- Create a differential in our line of products in the marketplace.
- Plan, manage and control the annual budget for telesales channels.
