- Our client is a well established financial services firm

Description

- Own complete P&L of the telesales vertical and formulate a data-driven strategy for growth of the business

- Design the inside sales strategy

- Responsible for achieving defined ratios & metrics for processes Connect Rate, Contact Rate, Conversion, Sales Per 

Day, Churn/Attempt Rate etc.

- Ensure smooth vendor onboarding of new vendors. Partner/Vendor management for respective processes. Ensure all SLAs with vendors are being met

Profile

- 10-12 years of experience in managing a telesales channel with 3-5 years in managing P&L

- Masters from a Tier 1/Tier 2 college

- Ability to manage a large team

- Strong Leadership and Interpersonal skills
